      According Quible (2001), four stages in management theory, namely:

1.3 ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE MANAGER
• According to Odgers (2005), the administrative manager responsible for managing information, information systems, technology and human resources to maximize the productivity of the administration he leads.

Formal Informal
Internal communications are planned each piece (letter, e-mail, memos) followed the procedures of an organization that has been planned communication with outside parties (letters, reports, memos, speeches, websites, and press releases)

nal casual communication that occurs among members of the organization (e-mail, faca-to-face, telephone) which does not follow the procedures of an organization that goes casual communication with customers, suppliers, investors (e-mail, face to face, telephone)

kue tar

Tar ini untuk kue dalemnya aku pakai resep kue marmer jadinya lebih manis dan enak kalau di makan tanpa cream.
bahan kue :
  1. 150 gram margarine
  2. 130 gram tepung terigu
  3. 75 gram gula pasir
  4. 3 butir telur
  5. 50 ml susu cair
  6. 1sdt back pulver
bahan cream :
  1. 500 ml whipped cream
  2. 2 packung sahne steif
  3. cerry kering
  4. cerry basah
cara bikin kue :
  1. campur terigu denga margarin mixer sampai lembut, setelah halus masukkan telur dan kocok sampai halus.
  2. setelah halus masukkan tepung terigu dan back pulver jadi satu, setelah tercampur masukkan susu cair dan aduk rata.
  3. msukkan ke dalam loyang ukuran sedang dan panggang dalam back oven selama 45 menit dalam panas 175 grad.
cara bikin creamnya :
  1. kocok whipped cream yang udah di campur dengan sahnefest sampai halus dan menggembang lalau sisihkan.
  2. setelah kue dingin masukan cerry basah ke atas kue dan ratakan, setelah rata siram dengan whipped cream dan ratakan. setelah rata hias tar dengan sisa cream dan cerry kering sebagai hiasan, setelah itu tabur dengan coklat parut.
Tar Cream Putih

50 ml susu cair
1sdt back pulver
bahan cream :
500 ml whipped cream
2 packung sahne steif

cara bikin kue :
  1. campur terigu denga margarin mixer sampai lembut, setelah halus masukkan telur dan kocok sampai halus.
  2. setelah halus masukkan tepung terigu dan back pulver jadi satu, setelah tercampur masukkan susu cair dan aduk rata.
  3. msukkan ke dalam loyang ukuran sedang dan panggang dalam back oven selama 45 menit dalam panas 175 grad.

Kue  Nastar
Kue-kue kecil ini biasa dibawa Bilah ke sekolah. Bahan-bahannya sudah tersedia di toko, sehingga mudah… tinggal di oven jika pagi hari.



Bahan :
6 lembar Blätterteig
2 buah sosis yang panjang (atau nutela)
kuning telur
Cara membuatnya :
- Potong Blätterteig, selembar jadi 4 bagian
- Potong sosis menjadi 8 bagian
- Lipat 1 bagian Blätterteig dengan isi 1 potong sosis, lekatkan dengan menggunakan air.
- Kocok kuning telur, oleskan di bagian atas.
- Oven 200°C selama kurang lebih 15 menit.
